I can empathise with you as this is also my list. Particularly queues. I hate self service checkouts and the fact that there is AWAYS a queue for the ladies. 🤷♀️

Can we not keep it out of the national grid though, giving the energy for free to the locals would be preferable over paying to feed it into the grid!

My sympathies. This quote proves that renewables are the cheapest form of generation. Unfortunately because the price in the UK is set by the ‘national grid’ and based on England’s gas price, Scotland pays the highest energy bills in Europe. 😳😬😬

Georgia is a top 10 sunny state and ignored solar to build nuclear. Since May 1 2024 Georgian Power customers have been struggling with huge power bills from the 24% rate increase when Vogtle finished. Disconnects are soaring.
