Got to lead a workshop this past weekend at the Breath & the Clay conference in Winston-Salem NC, focusing on rediscovering the wisdom of the hand. We had a small room full of willing attendees who threw enthusiasm and trust into the process resulting in some wonderful drawings that played back!

Would love to hear some #sketchbook recommendations. I’ve been using Rhodias recently (the Touch, which was great but expensive and not enough pages, and the Webnotebook which has a lot of pages and good paper, but not perfect). Ideally I like my sketchbooks black, with an elastic and pocket!
