I was in the middle of the process making my addon, then I found this github.com/avelgest/bak...
It also can bake textures, but does not support normal maps or mass exort yet.

this is kinda what I tried to make, and it worked.
I can bake and export all textures with one click.
Blender Takes a while (become unresponsive until its finished).
But it gets the job done.
I have tested a multi material character mesh, and i got all ~32 textures within a few minutes baked XD
