Living in the past or the future is a mistake because both of those are just concepts, really. There is only ever the present and what we do now. But no one wants you to forget the past more than someone who mostly did wrong in the past. And the future is hope for those being hurt in the present.

Non disabled folk have no idea how stressful food delivery services are for us. It’s not a “luxury” when you’re housebound. When you have MCAS or severe food allergies, it’ll cost you a fortune. They get an item wrong and it goes to waste because your body literally can’t consume it.
