MAGA are mad at Zelenskyy for not wearing a suit for an official White House meeting. Meanwhile:

A campaign group has an ambitious vision to transform the building into a multi-purpose cultural venue for events, ranging from theatre exhibitions to conferences.

New Giclée prints in. Gorgeous paper, lovely texture & weight. Banbha, Valentine & the Messenger 💚

Wearing my Children of Lir #eadach scarf @saraoneill.bsky.social today for good luck. Long journey, wish me good fortune if you can

On Feb. 14th I try always to give honor to one of the greatest contributors to American democracy in our nation’s history, Frederick Douglass. Born into slavery, Douglass never knew his actual birthdate, and adopted Feb. 14th as the day. His penetrating insights about our country inspire me daily.

It looks like a florist. Inside, it's a stark reminder of women killed violently in Ireland. This St Valentine’s Day, Women’s Aid is raising awareness of violence against women & calling for men to stand up as allies*. www.thejournal.ie/violence-aga...

I couldn’t help but wonder…’Maybe the fight between marrieds and singles is like the war in Northern Ireland. We’re all basically the same, but somehow we ended up on different sides.’ #satc #belfast #carrievibes #typing #journalism 📷: @saraoneill.bsky.social www.instagram.com/p/DF_SRDjIzU...

Monet set this painting ‘The Luncheon’ in the garden of his house in Argenteuil. His young son Jean is playing in the shade by the uncleared table, and the child's nanny is in the background, keeping close watch (1873, Musée d‘Orsay)

Setting up in the stunning Irish Embassy in Paris earlier this week for an elegant reception with buyers, media & fashion insiders. I’ve always wanted to visit Paris as a designer & being there with colleagues from the Council of Irish Fashion Designers was a truly beautiful experience.

Happy Brigid’s Day & Imbolc blessings. Brighter days ahead. My artwork projected on St Brigid’s Cathedral, Kildare a few years ago for Herstory. #Brigid #Éadach

Another year older and not much wiser but I do know that I'm forever grateful for my friends and family and my wonderful other half who spoiled me with this beautiful scarf from the lovely @saraoneill.bsky.social www.eadach.com/product-page...

Love this shoot from a few years back in the heart of Georgian Dublin with Stafford Hair for Denman. Model in the pink Róisín Dubh silk 🖤

I walked by The Crown one evening & he was just standing there in my scribbles, swathed in green Merrion silk. Our Seamus O’Hara giving modern day Tudor vibes without the unpleasantness. Henry VIII if he’d stayed on the straight & narrow. #Éadach

My grandparents outside the Gresham on O Connell street, in 1942. Taken by the one and only Arthur Fields. The man with the camera on the bridge :) #Speirgorm

And yet another Palestinian journalist murdered by the Israelis.

Took my shadow out to see the moon 🌝

It’s an exciting time for Scoil na Seolta, the first Integrated School to teach through the medium of Irish, as our nursery school children get ready for the move to our new site later this month. Tá muid ar bís!

English, Welsh, Gaelic, Scots Gaelic, Kernewek. Britain has native languages hidden under the language of Empire, like buried rivers flowing through darkness towards the common sea.

And a black & white from my art student days. (Fortunate to have any hair, big or otherwise, the way I abused it then)

First Sunday dander of 2025.

Oh I love these!!

Packing up for the Bradley Collective Christmas market at Carlisle Circus Memorial Church tomorrow, 1-6. Think it’ll be gorgeous, such a beautiful space.
