Man, I need to get out there for this, at least once. These kinds of shenanigans are what these conventions are the best for!

Used a dremel to cut a hole in the window plate and made the grey adapter using the original as a size reference. I put a vent filter over the outside to keep bugs and stuff from being sucked into it.

I modified the rear to connect to a second hose. I used the original filter cover as a reference. Had to print it in two pieces. Hope pla doesn’t have an issue with it being warm.

It was fairly easy to model up in fusion360. My ender 3 has been an absolute horror show for reliability (my own fault for tinkering with it so much).

Most of the floor standing AC units only have a single tube. They’ll pull the already cooled air back through the hot side and eject it out your window.

Printing the last cover piece for the outside to hold a filter. It’s rough, and I duct taped the tube because I forgot to make a good retaining clip sorta system, but hell, it works!
