If @elenaparent.bsky.social can not do her job, she should be replaced by a person who can figure out a strategy to advocate for her constituents.
Laziness should not be rewarded. A leader who lacks strategic capabilities should be replaced with an effective leader.

Like 12 dudes have all the money and property, it would be good if it was just taken away from them so that human beings could live their lives. Give them each $50,000 for their trouble and get them skill training so they can finally work for a living.
