#Breaking: Last night, a foreign-born billionaire paid multiple activists to influence American elections *as* he alleged that a *different* foreign-born billionaire is meddling in democracy. Politicians everywhere were left stunned by this brilliance. Stay tuned. www.youtube.com/live/7ETb3Rz...

A reminder for this Transgender Day of Visibility: Trans people have always existed, and we always will.  No president, politician, or court can change that.

“[Bill Brennan is] a real expert on the ethics,” said Alex Belser. How knowledgeable about ethics? Enough to redefine ethical standards. medium.com/@sashatsisko...

It’s simultaneously interesting and lamentable that the one semi-solid CPCR researcher has been a supporter of Tim Pool. I recall him saying Pool had “ideas worth considering” in a post where Pool asked his followers whether “mentally ill people” should have the right to participate in democracy.

#Breaking: A source claims that the captain of a ship “is set to” abandon their ship before it’s pulled into Davey Jones’ locker. A crew member told a journalist on-scene that the ship’s captain exclaimed that multiple “leftist torpedos” struck the hull of the vessel. endpts.com/lykos-interi...

If you think members of the current administration will stop using Signal to discuss sensitive/classified material, I have a bridge to sell you 🌉

I once reached out to Stan Grof. It went swimmingly. Enjoy the screenshots.

Don’t care about Grof, but I hope if a family member is ever mistreated by a psychedelic psychotherapist, it is by an older (yet truly talented) man who knows the appropriate moments to (as Grof once put it) “sometimes inflic[t] pain” upon the people I cherish.

Can someone please explain it would be “commend[able]” for any clinical research organization to twice publish a book that pathologizes (yes, pathologizes) homosexuality **ONLY** for them to later issue an “apolog[y]” (and some passage retractions) once they were confronted about the matter?

It must be super nice working for clinical research organizations that don’t care enough to publicly respond to journalists who raise questions about evidence of protocol violations and boundary transgressions in the treatment room. How nice, you might ask? The answer is in the next post.

“Trust, Let Go, Use The Emesis Basin” I cannot imagine how any IRB would approve/condone study participants utilizing emesis basins (to help relieve moderate to severe nausea) **WHILE** they are wearing “eyeshades or headphones”. Can @jhpsychedelics.bsky.social please explain this?

I look forward to hearing an official explanation of how a study sponsor ended up leading the qualitative analysis.

“The Johns Hopkins Medicine IRB reviewed the human subjects related concerns and concluded [they] constituted serious non-compliance .. in violation of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations governing human subjects research.”

After blowing the whistle on a psychedelic clergy study over 18 months ago, I recently received this letter from Johns Hopkins' Office of Human Subjects Research finding multiple counts of "serious non-compliance" with federal human subject protections. www.psychedeliccandor.org/p/breaking-j...

#Breaking: William ‘Bill’ Richards has directly implied that multiple CPCR study subjects utilized emesis basins ***WHILE*** they wore their “eyeshades or headphones” during study sessions. The timestamped link has been provided below along with a verbatim transcript. 🔗: youtu.be/6SgK1klBmFE?...

Here’s former CPCR researcher William ‘Bill’ Richards talking about how he wants one or more regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA, etc.) to approve the widespread use of a particular investigational drug (i.e. psilocybin) before his inevitable passing. Link: youtu.be/q9uexi_VHkg?...

Why was William ‘Bill’ Richards so friendly with Richard ‘Rich’ Yensen in this video clip? It would appear that the two had continued their professional relationship as colleagues after Spring Grove was shut down in 1977. Again, they appear incredible close in this video. youtu.be/qrh1JOELhGU?...

Does anyone want to guess the identity of the psychedelic researcher who once “[self]identified as a shaman who took people across the River Styx before they died”? The first correct answer will receive a large dose of reality, as interpreted by Stan Grof 😵‍💫

My current favorite listen. youtu.be/nwurCSddFlQ?...

Does anyone have access to old photos of Spring Grove researchers? They were the last to legally conduct psychedelic trials in the 1970s. This would include William ‘Bill’ Richards, Richard ‘Rich’ Yensen, and Stanislav ‘Stan’ Grof. Below is a picture of Richards sometime between 1967 and 1977.

#Breaking: Newly surfaced footage of MAPS researcher Alicia Danforth depicts Danforth stating that she once “danc[ed]” with a participant during a trial session. Dancing with subjects was not part of the approved study protocols. “Dancing’s not allowed,” said Danforth. youtu.be/5mzmv-ug6eM?...

Is Bessel van der Kolk weird? He’s repeatedly insisted that zero (0) “[adverse] side effects” were observed within the first Phase III MDMA-AP clinical trial sponsored by MAPS. The relevant trial publication (Mitchell et al. 2021) credits BvdK with “collect[ing] the data.” youtu.be/3fT-LlmL67A?...

Does anyone want to guess the psychedelic therapist who likes to brag that he doesn’t interact with his iPhone while conducting study sessions involving the administration of psilocybin? First correct guess will win David Nichols’ finest crystalline psilocybin…. paperweight 😜 Video will be posted

Currently exploring how hype from one particular clinical researcher misaligns with published study data. For example, one of his implicit claims — that psychedelic-mediated mystical experiences cannot result in increased suicidality — is not reliably validated by any scientific publication.

Has everyone caught the footage of Dennis McKenna, Ph.D., laughing at Octavio Rettig’s admission of physically abusing therapy clients? Would you believe me if I said that Dr. McKenna justified such abusive conduct only to subsequently deny doing so? It’s worth a watch. youtu.be/Wv7MUzlvBA8?...
