Working out and ice baths are things that LOOK hard outwardly, but really aren’t. Not in the way that like changing your diet or saving money are. Gyms are joyful community building places and there are plenty of left leaning fitness people. A lot of them are here on Bluesky.

“Go to the gym” “ice bath” “make your bed” are all easy things to do “Set aside a little bit every paycheck and don’t go out with your buddies 1 night a week” suck and aren’t fun and take months or years to show fruit
