I guarantee it's in the queue. I got my "I marched with BLM and all I got was a black eye and put in jail after being tear gassed and shot in the face with rubber bullets" shirt a few weeks back. Really nice cotton, rayon, poly triblend fabric.

Ok, so you've done this before and still don't understand? I don't think that's the brag you think it is. I didn't need to read your bio to understand you from a single, solitary word you used to insult someone else. You quote Yeats, but he's talking about you. Post-punk indeed.

I'm just confused when I get paid. I was promised Soros bucks; none delivered. I was promised NAFO moneys; nope. Now that we're all CIA, ... can I have money?

Yes, no doubt you exemplified it.

You do understand how political campaigns work, right? You either have the money to run a campaign, pay staffers, print collaterals, run as campaigns, etc etc...
1. by being rich beforehand, or
2. you get donations
Asking for $3 from Joe Q. Public means you're indebted to them, not rich donors. 🤦

"Attacking democracy" by running a campaign. Your response here is exactly the thing people are running against: an appeal to the status quo by an apathetic ruling class.
"Won't you think of the poor politicians?!?! 😢"
No, let's start thinking of "We The People."

"Please generate pictures of a young woman's dirty feet, slightly arched, wearing camouflage pants just visible at top of photo, spent shells on muddy ground." If you get your prompts right, AI can handle this for you, you can feed this guy's fetish, and you can support the war effort! Win win! 😆😭

Do people remember when "the uncanny valley" was brought up any time CGI movies came out? Then full AI images and media landed, with 13-fingered people, contorted in impossible ways. Now they're indistinguishable from reality, and deep fakes have us wishing for ye olde days of uncanny valleys.

But... you do share a costume designer with Mila J from the Fifth Element movie, right? Multipass?

> a “halcyon” era unified by race or religion—which he stated never truly existed
Let's be honest here: it did exist ... for wealthy white men. That's the "again" Make America Great Again is harkening back to. Not white? Not rich? Well, there's a Salvadoran prison with your name on a list.

If "we shouldn't support regimes that bomb civilians" is "pro-Palestinian", sign me up. There's a massive difference between "respects human rights" and "pro-Hamas", but the dog whistle is out for all who can hear it.

for the perceived good of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy." You're passing out "fascism" like Oprah did cars. If you use it like that, it loses meaning and you're either clowning, ignorant or purposely obtuse. One side is fascist; Democrats should do better.

I'm involved in (US) politics and have gained a firm appreciation why people don't. Doing the job itself is about ⅒ of the work. The rest has nothing to do with helping people, but rather simply getting (re)elected. I laud all that do with an aim of bettering the world.

This both sides crap has gotta go. Can't see the difference between the two? You're either blind or willfully ignorant. Dems are inept / need to ditch the corporate wing. But Reps are seig-heiling and goosestepping the world toward WWII-levels of fascism behind their fearsome orange clown.

Besides how stupid the hat's message is, the infamous MAGA hat also nauseates on its choice of font. "Tell me you don't have taste without telling me you don't have taste": all caps, Times or Century font. 🤮

Wilhoit's Law: Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.
You will see it in action for 3+ years.

That said, the Tea Party was:
* a phony populist movement
* fueled by bigotry / hate
* funded by billionaires
* amplified by propaganda networks
* used PACs to funnel dark money to candidates that preached the party line
* set the precedent for forced lock-step movement by GOP candidates (MAGA)
