Kara no Kyoukai (The Garden of Sinners). It's an all-timer. Amazing soundtrack and had god-tier animation for the time that it came out (2007 through 2009). It also has a non-linear story if you're into that kind of thing so if you watch part one and feel like you missed something, don't worry.
