It's naturally flavoured, whatever that means, but I've since looked it up, and found "…200–250 mL juice or a whole grapefruit… has sufficient potency to cause a pertinent pharmacokinetic interaction." The Bubly will be fine.

It's an SNRI. Grapefruit can increase the amount of medication in the blood, but Bubly is so lightly flavoured that I wonder if it would even be an amount worth worrying about.
