Welcome to my sunny outlook and cheerful disposition!
I'm chronically ill and housebound, when I can do a thing it's probably in the garden.
ME/CFS and a few other things, but I find medical stuff to be very dull.

So much this. Morning showers are a sudden flurry of activity, an insult to the system, when one's body needs calm.

My first few cats were kittens from local strays, but my last cat and current one were from shelters. I have assumed it's down to better management of stray populations.

FWIW, if you request that they mask up, they are required to do so. I have a mask rule for all carers when they're working inside or driving somewhere with me. To make it easier, I do always have masks next to the front door although they really should carry their own.
Good luck.
