There are a lot of issues around this. For most we need to get back to teaching critical thinking skills, stop coddling children, let them fail in life without rescuing them for every little thing. Teach them to have self confidence and to be kind humans. Regardless of gender.

First they need to be promoting understanding, respect, and acceptance of Christian beliefs and practices. At same time not be bias towards other religions. Well, really first, they all need to actually read the Bible.
