I think the constituents must remind their Republican representatives that doing what is right and moral is really not complicated at all. Voters should also remind them that their prospect of being primaried will be nothing compared to having to face them in 2 years at the ballot box. 😎

And the constituents voting for these folks election after election is also interesting. The blind leading the blind. They’re all mad as hell but keep voting for the status quo Republican politicians so nothing will ever change for those voters in red states. When will they realize it?

Goes to show you that even small crowds can make a difference.

It clarifies how Musk has become the de-facto leader of this country. And more importantly why he did it. He knew Trump doesn’t want to be president, he wants to be the star of Gov reality tv show. Elon promised him he’ll do the heavy lifting so the senior can drive on a race track & attend SB LIX.

I’m no fan of that insurrectionist fist-pumper but it’s important to note that Republican senators are finally start to speak out & Dems point to that break in the wall. Democrats in Congress can’t stop the Mump madness without them. We must obviously stay vigilant but we must also be logical.

It’s possible that you may have misunderstood my comment, Deborah 😎
What I’m agreeing on with the Representative is that Trump’s bullshit comments, like this one, are a distraction for the media when instead they should be laser focused on reporting the facts of the ongoing coup by the megalomaniac.

Sadly I have friends there who’ve been duped into buying what the AfD is selling. I’ve tried but it looks like there’s nothing I can say to make them change their mind. 🤯

I stayed a night at Dancing Rabbit B&B a few years ago. Was very comfy. They also made tasty home-made pizza.

Oh common, all he’s saying is that the media should just overlook this stupid comment because it will only take attention away from the important issues. Your assessment of Trump is true too. But I do agree with the Congressman. Let’s not get distracted.

I have a sneaky feeling that all the factchecking in the world won’t make a difference to folks who have zero personal integrity.

As usual he is greatly mistaken. Whether he knows or not, the world is a globe. There is no ocean between Russia and the US, only the Behring Strait. It’s 51 miles at its narrowest. Only 51 miles from Russia to Alaska.

I mean seriously, how many times do they want us to take those tests? We’re required to take English and civics exams to get citizenship. IMO, no matter where they were born, every naturalized citizen is more educated in US civics than your average American with a HS diploma!

No worries 💙. Been to NE MO many times when I lived in MO. My spouse is from Memphis, MO. Loved the Dancing Rabbits eco village near there.

MAGAs constant search for & then outrage of noble, ethical and righteous causes and policies is tiresome.
