Agreed. I highly suspect that they will just use the lawsuit as leverage for a takeover/buyout, and it's no longer copyright infringement if you own them.

Reminder that from 1995 to 2017, the "wet-foot, dry-foot policy" meant that Cuban refugees got what no other Latinos did, a fast track to citizenship, with no threat of being deported. Without that policy, they would all be illegal immigrants.

We always knew that the only thing that would stop soulless, corporate AI was another soulless corporation not getting their share of the profit.

"How many children have to die from preventable diseases before you'll admit you are wrong about vaccines?"

That's exactly what they want. As soon as civilians fire on them, that's the perfect they need to declare martial law, and then they can kill people in broad daylight for any reason

That's because utopias are never for the general public. Utopia is eugenics at its core. The general public have to be eradiated to improve *their* lives. Improvements to *our* lives was never part of the plan.

It's also what makes them so dangerous. They don't view us as human, so what happens to us is irrelevant. So what if millions of us die, we're expendable.

It's because establishment dems are actively courting the never trumper republicans, and that requires actively rejecting everything the stood for from the last 60 years.

ABC is owned by Disney, whose current CEO is Bob Iger, who made $41M last year, and has on multiple occasions publicly told employees not to criticize Trump.

Because the billionaires that own all the major media networks profit off the current administration.

They've been itching for any excuse to start the Second Civil War so they can freely murder black, brown, and queer people.

Or option 3, rich white men can get away with CSA as long long they make sure the billionaire/owner class are taken care of.
comment in response to post
Why is that rich white men actively, frequently, inciting violence is dismissed as "Free Speech", but anyone else saying the same same thing about those rich white men is suddenly "terrorism"?

People like Speaker Johnson are eugenicists. They believe that the people being interviewed are a "drain on society" and should be left to die so that they stop "polluting the gene pool". They will never care about you. They want you to die. Sooner rather than later.

Except there are people who /want/ others to go hungry. We can't even get universal school lunches because sociopaths want poor children to starve.

Congratulations! 🎉 You are inspiring children and adults every day.

Someone needs to come up with a simple 2-3 word chant to shame them for covering their faces. If they're proud of what they're doing why are their faces covered?

They can't overturn a previous decision unless a new case is brought before them. Which will undoubtedly takes years to wind thru the lower courts first.

Because there's no such thing as a "good guy with a gun". You wrongly assume that the homophobe is the posthumous victim in this encounter. Even if you did manage to shoot them, the cops will shoot you because you are now the bad guy with a gun who just shot someone.
comment in response to post
If you think for a minute that any jury in a red state is going to accept a "self defense" plea from an LGBTQIA person, you're naive. More than likely the police will shoot the gay with a gun as soon as they arrive on scene.

Time to report every clinic that does breast augmentation/reduction on cishet teens, every place that offers Botox, every hospital that performs circumcisions. Fight fire with fire. Make their reporting line unusable.

The left has always been terrible at marketing. The vast majority of the public agree with the actual policies when you take the time to explain them. Nuance is hard to condense into a sound bite, but if liberals can learn how to do that effectively, we would win every time.

Centrist Dems really do think they can just wait until January 2027 and then we'll somehow have a fair election which they think they're going to win in a landslide, and meanwhile they'll just sit on their hands for 18 months until then.

When are you as an elected Senator going to start holding this administration accountable?
comment in response to post
They're all a bunch of Eugenists. They believe the only way to "save humanity" is to kill off everyone who isn't genetically superior, to prevent them from "polluting" the gene pool. From their perspective they're "culling the herd".
comment in response to post
Unfortunately, the likely method conservatives would choose to "hold men accountable" would be to force women to marry their rapist so that the forced birth child "has a mommy and a daddy"
comment in response to post
The majority of people will never care until they are personally affected. If you want real change, you are going to start having to make conservative men feel actual legal harm.

The answer is to make them more afraid of is than they are of MAGA. Make then afraid they won't be re-elected in 2026. Primary every single one of them.

Wait, do I need a degree from Harvard to publicly identify as queer? Have I been misrepresenting myself? Is there a comparable program from a community college? Does 30 years of life experience as a practicing queer adult count towards a degree program?

Let's be honest, they should have to look into the eyes of their constituents who rely on Medicaid for life-saving medicine, and explain why tax cuts for billionaires is more important than their actual life.

Someone needs to invent a KN95 face mask that simultaneously thwarts facial recognition on these cameras. Ideally something that just makes my entire face glitch out, while also functioning as a KN95 mask since no more covid (and probably also flu) vaccines.

I have zero mental imagery, but I can still imagine something, and "picture" it in my mind - there's just no associated photo or movie. Same with music and voices. But I can still sing a song to myself there's just my voice not theirs.

Better yet, since you can't ensure that the "blind trust" is actually "blind", Congress members (and Executive cabinet members, and all federal judges) should be required to sell all the stocks they own at start of their term, and be prohibited from buy/selling any stocks while in office.

The opinions/needs/wants/benefits of the voting public have not been a deciding factor in national politics for over 2 decades.
