It's always very weird when I'm in the office at least an hour earlier than usual. How can it only be 09:30?

Congratulations to the Goethe University Frankfurt for my favourite headline of the week: "Elves are an invasive species in Germany"

I checked this out and it's now on sale for $2.99 on Amazon US.

I have somehow managed to have completely separate conversations involving the train-ferry to Sicily twice this week . I should probably actually take it at some point...

I know you're always interested in German digitalisation @dansemothabre.bsky.social

Slowly organising my trip to Spain in April. Train is booked as far as Madrid (via Marseille) Now just need to decide which order for Seville, Granada and Córdoba

I will never forget the day my cat insisted on trying the front door as it was raining out back, and when i opened it THE RAIN HADN'T REACHED THE FRONT. The look of absolute victory and disdain he gave me was beyond impressive.

Further progress

I went to the Frankfurt Archaeology Museum today to look at pots, an interesting exhibition about Mithras, but mostly to see the silver inscription en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfu...
