Lots of great sourdough bakers on here. I struggle with getting the “shelf” in the crust. My loaves do the final rise in the fridge. If I let them warm before cutting, will I get better rise from the cuts? #sourdough

I’m a little intimidated by all the phenomenal sourdough bakers on here. Mine usually taste pretty good, but the artistry of appearance doesn’t seem to be one of my strong suits 😬 This one, with chunks of sharp cheddar baked in was not very airy, but made great grilled cheese! 😋 #sourdough
