Sir, I believe u r mistaken: letting the Repub spending bill pass is a capitulation & abandons Democrat responsibility & will be worse than a shutdown. Govt has shutdown many times w/o plunging the nation in2 chaos at all. Democrats must stand united 2 demand participation in our democracy.
