Lentil Bolognese with Whole Wheat Pasta Freshly made lentils with bay leaf and garlic. Fresh zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, and marinara sauce. Freshly made wheat fettuccine from freshly ground wheat berries. Ridiculously healthy and it tastes pretty darn good too if I do say so myself.
