I'm a little confused about how I'd go about this from a technical angle? Like I'm unsure what you mean by 150% as my initial thought was alpha.
Are you using an additive blending mode on the off-color fadeout layer?
Bc it looks great, I'm just not sure how to achieve it besides maybe a gradientmap.

Monsters are perfectly fine for me, but the most fun I have with horror media (yes, I said fun, sue me) is stuff that doesn't even have anything hostile in it. Just an unnerving atmosphere, a touch of tongue in cheek humor, and bewildering confusion with no answer.

It's not something that I think is as present with a lot of horror styles, esp ones that feature a "big scary monster" or something.

Even before I was remotely left leaning or enby, I knew misgendering people wouldn't change how they think/identify, and would just piss them off + make their day worse for zero benefit to either of us. So I made an effort to use their preferred ones.
