The first week is the worst. 🥶 It gets better, sending healing vibes, and they told me to ice it for a Lot longer than I expected. (with something like 20 minutes on, hour or three off? I forget, I may have been on significant painkillers some weeks ago.)

Thank you. We only were there once, and managed to time it on three festivals at once, last April I think? Was nuts, and the stupid cruise ship had severely limited time we could be there, Plan on visiting, but not on a cruise, sometime fairly soon. (Am a non-Scottish Scott, but am Irish & Welsh.)
