Finally a reasonable take. Everyone is acting like he’s taking shots. I think it’s stupid to compare but he wants too so yeah I’d say it’s harder in football. Doesn’t mean it’s easy what Ohtani is doing. Or else there would be more like him.

Trade for 1OA and take a kicker. No one will see it coming.

Well I’m sorry you feel that way.

Ehh never said all that. Just if you think an nfl head coach regardless of race got there by being talentless which you said they were, shows me you don’t get all that goes into the game of football. You think because it’s the athletes that play the game the coach doesn’t mean shit. Your words.

I’m not even arguing with you that the NFL is racist. It is. But to say a coach has nothing to do with a team’s success shows me you do not have an understanding of how important coaches can be in the sport. To make it all about race tho is sad to me. Oh well, enjoy your day.

So all white head coaches are talentless racists? Pete Carroll had nothing to do with Seattles Super Bowl or USC’s national championships?
comment in response to post
You really believe a head coach attributes nothing to a teams success on the field?

Another year he trades out of the first round maybe?

Exactly. 3-4 extra games on the season isn’t asking much when usually the Olympics and WHC could go for weeks. Plus there’s the risk of an injury during the regular ASG but at least if you do get injured during these games you do so playing for your country. Too much to like to not bring in ratings.

Every single game has been fantastic. Being a sharks fan it’s been a while watching a game this exciting. I’m in agreement. Players want it. Players love it. They’re going full throttle. ASG was a snooze fest I would 50/50 even look up the highlights

We saw when they started to feed those guys, they’re more than capable of going off.

Can’t wait to see Geno fully healthy (praying) and able to operate under center with a huge dose of play action. Charbs and Walker were underutilized I feel last season. They got stuffed by the Niners and Bills, but I swear most games they were eating up tons of yards off like 12-15 carries.

I remember hearing years ago people talking about how he was crazy and said shit like “he wants to be a nascar driver or something how weird” and now. Here we are years later. Good for him. That’s awesome.

I can’t even imagine anyone could want him even off his name either. Unless the jets really are that bad lol.

@mcuban.bsky.social can I have $3?

I think Brock Purdy is going to be the Mendoza line of football. In terms of what matters in this league more, paying the QB or putting a team around a rookie that is full of superstars

Definitely wouldn’t have carried that Giants team to a Super Bowl but exactly why you keep him around. You BUILD around a player like him!

Great hockey IQ just needs to perfect his shot and some decisions but for an 18 year old damn.
comment in response to post
If they don’t like anyone at 18 might as well draft a player that’ll still be there in 5 years than reach on a guy who’s gunna keep the average length of a career at 3 years. Of course they need to rebuild the o line. Just can’t pass on good players.

Whatever Mike Macdonald needs to get that defense to the level it was at in Baltimore sure. Just need to find solid offensive linemen in the middle rounds then. I believe Geno is better than his stats, just had like no time.

20-0 anything less is failure.

2 Mil for every TD -3 Mil every red zone INT 200k for another inspiring quote.

Haven’t like multiple people and players said it was pass from the get go? Pete Carroll wanted all 4 downs
comment in response to post
Not a huge fan of the penalty to end it but otherwise good game at the end.

Dude only molded Andy Reid. Took 2 different teams to the Super Bowl. Should have won 2. Sad.
comment in response to post
Exactly. No qb behind that line has any chance.
comment in response to post
How? Dude breaks his leg comes back with Fuck you energy and just dominates at like 200 years old. Amazing.

Might also aide in Byron Murpherys development. He ate up a bunch of interior double teams last year. Can’t double everyone. And a player like Garrett demands that attention
comment in response to post
Wow. Crawling back to where it’s safe I guess. Don’t know if he got shafted after only one season but must not have made much of an impression.
comment in response to post
Exactly. Myles Garrett is only going to make any pass rush better. No harm and seeing what the cost is.
