This seems like a good place to start, for sure. Details of the deal are incredibly sparse. I expect the city is committing to pay for a bunch of infrastructure changes also, in the largely residential neighbourhood.

I would definitely repeat advice I got before I went to grad school, that getting a PhD doesn't mean you're smart, it means you are willing to commit to finishing something difficult. I don't regret it, though!

As an Indiana Mennonite, I can confidently say that the tomb would get built that way because everyone would be too ashamed to admit they didn't think it would work. The treasure would be a grandfather clock from Switzerland made in 1782 and a copy of the Bible that Conrad Grebel used.
