Oddly this staves off a bigger constitutional crisis - at least for now.
The Trump Administration was not going to return him - so you would have had the executive department ignoring the courts - which opens up a whole can of worms - and the court would have been impotent to force any action.

Really weird seeing this here - its been my ear worm for the last few days... which is now going to last a few more days as I give it a listen!

Sometimes you just have to face reality.
Do you think Spurs are better today, than they were when Ange got here? I don't. I think Spurs are regressing under Postecoglou. I don't think he is a very good coach. The players all look lost on the pitch
Use Mason/Wells to see out the season.

Losing 0-1 at Stamford Bridge was not the breaking point.
We were tactically inept. Players had no idea what to do in the build up, transition, pressing, or attacking phase.
We had an extended international break and a relatively healthy squad - and we looked very poorly coached.

I don't know mate - that was a pretty bad look for any manager.
You have to be able to rise above it when you are in that position. Be happy with the goal - the fans were. (Before VAR intervened)
Ange is done. It's no longer about if, its about when. (Should have been today)

The other fundamental problem I have with this new policy - is quickly moving any detainees to Louisiana - where the federal government is clearly forum shopping for a more sympathetic judge.
The govt should be able to argue its case in any court, and not be looking for advantages in the courts

Odd that he gets no advice from the coaches...

Not sure I liked Werner needing to be called out.

Part of it is someone else is monetising your information. Taking your work product and selling it to others while you get nothing. And ultimately will pay for it later.

Dele was always misidentified as a Midfielder - that was never his best role..
His best role was as a 2nd striker, playing off someone like Kane. Dele's football intelligence and ability to make runs off the ball were off the charts.
And the audacity he displayed was always a joy to watch.

Meh. I have been here for a year - but really only started to engage recently with all of the new imports.
In a few months, the small town feel will disappear. Its up to each of us to keep the discourse positive, and engaging.
Be informative, entertaining, and/or engaging - but be nice.

Damnit. Now I can't get the latter out of my head...

To be fair - the report should have been released before the election - to give the voters a full picture.
But, it's politics then, and its politics now. The GOP led House will not release the report.

Dem leadership does not have answers. In short, its complicated.
The Dems have been trying to attract the Obama-Coalition of voters - but without Obama.
Its not working - and it might be counter-productive.
These next two years are critical for the Dems to find their audience - and win them over

Grealish would be a bad fit, imo.
he has the same defensive instincts as Maddison or Son - which is to say he is allergic to tracking back and helping the LB.
Given his age, and wages, can't see Spurs really being involved - unless we are simply replacing Maddison.

Its an unsolvable problem.
For half the population - nothing Trump does is "normal" and they all recognize that.
For the other half of the population - they don't care if Trump is not "normal" - they embrace the wrecking ball approach. This is what Dems did not understand.

I am not sure the club have the appetite to invest in top players, or more likely happy just to be in the top league, without the need to actually challenge for top honors.
The growth of the team over the last several years has been good - but the stagnation feels very on-brand for Spurs.

Maddison is not really streaky. His issue boils down to not doing enough off-the-ball work - and its compounded on the left side when Sonny plays, as he also struggles to track back and put int he defensive work.
As an attacking/creative player - he is fine.
