Despite the fact that 68% of Americans identify as Christians, Christian Nationalists claim Christians are a persecuted minority and need Trump's new federal task force to “eradicate anti-Christian bias." But religious freedom includes everyone, not just a favored few. forward.com/news/697054/...

“Epistemology teaches us to scrutinize claims. Trump’s press secretary says he believes ‘tens of millions’ of dead people get fraudulent Social Security payments. That would mean 1 in 4 payments —an absurd level of fraud that would collapse the system. Extraordinary claims need proof, not paranoia.”

Fact check: nearly 70 percent of US money for Ukraine actually went to US defense industry to replenish the stocks of OLD stuff that went to Ukraine to use. Much of which we would have paid to destroy as their lifespan expired.

Trump officials fired nuclear staff not realizing they oversee the country’s weapons stockpile, sources say www.cnn.com/2025/02/14/c...

Elon Musk admitted he was wrong about the $50 million for condoms to Hamas. He said, “No one can bat 1000,” what a bad analogy! In baseball, failure IS the norm. A better analogy? “You can’t land every plane safely”—because some things must be near perfect. This shows how reckless he is!

In a society where claims like the $50 million for condoms in Gaza are accepted without evidence, skepticism is key. We’re often encouraged to believe without proof, and even faith itself seems untouchable. It’s not enough to say “you can’t prove it’s not true”—question until evidence is shown.

Her research is always spot on! Can’t wait!

This is "The Boardroom" from Donald Trump’s “reality” show “The Apprentice.” Look at the top and you can see where the wall ends because it wasn’t a real boardroom. It was a set built on a soundstage because Trump’s real offices were small and shoddy. The show created an *illusion* of Trump success.

Speaking in tongues wasn’t a thing until the 1900s-now it’s performative nonsense. Trump’s spiritual leader, Paula White, does it. Trump wants a task force to fight “Anti Christian bias” in a gov’t where 80%+ of leaders are Christian. This isn’t about fairness—it’s about control. Clown show!!!

Theocracy Watch: Trump announces “Anti-Christian Bias Task Force” during the National Prayer Breakfast to "eradicate anti-Christian bias" within the federal government and end the "religious persecution" of Christians in the United States. ffrfaction.org/trump-announ...

Saying 'no one can be happy without religion' is an unfalsifiable claim, relying on assertion rather than evidence. If even one person is happy without religion, the statement is false. This is an example of confirmation bias—mistaking personal belief for universal truth.

The lesser of 2 evils is a real thing!

I'm not saying this is a coup. But if you *were* going to do a coup, how would things look different from recent events -- seizing the federal payments system, federal purging law enforcement, threatening to sic armed US Marshals on civil servants guarding classified data

On the campaign trail, Trump promised a 60% tariff on China. Once in office, he dropped it to just 10%. He knew his supporters wouldn’t care—he’ll say anything to get elected because he knows they’ll believe anything.

Epistemology matters—it's important to believe true things. Trump blames DEI for the plane crash with no investigation. How did he rule out other causes?

For all who debate Christianity or theocracy, this is a great book. While I keep my respects those religious people in the fight, we have to have some grounding in reality. 'The Bible Says So, What we Get Right and Wrong About Scriptures Most Controversial Issues', 2024 @maklelan.bsky.social

Trump’s removal of security for Fauci, Pompeo, and Bolton didn’t need to be public—but he made sure it was. This isn’t just intimidation; it’s practically a hit, signaling to their enemies they’re exposed. The message is clear: cross him, and you could be next.

Fun fact: If Pete Hegseth had to fill out the N-445 form to become a naturalized citizen, he might not make it past the question about being a 'habitual drunkard.' Yet somehow, he’s now our Defense Secretary. Imagine that!

“Judge Coughenour emphatically agreed with the states: ‘I’ve been on the bench for over four decades …. I can’t remember another case where the question presented was as clear as this one is. This is a blatantly unconstitutional order. Where were the lawyers when this decision was being made?’”

Pete Hegseth denies allegations of chronic alcohol abuse, but did anyone think to simply ask for a hair sample? Hair alcohol tests can detect excessive drinking over months, providing clear evidence of chronic abuse. If the truth matters, why not go beyond denial and settle it scientifically?

Unless you know for sure, it’s not helpful to spread misinformation about deportations. Even if you are well meaning and you think you see something, you could be wrong and/or misinterpreting what you see. Take the extra step to make sure you believe in true things. Scaring people is what they want.

In 2023, Trump said he’d end the Ukraine war in one day, claiming, “100%, it would be easy!” Now, 24 hours into his presidency, the war continues. If this bold promise wasn’t true, how do you judge his other claims? Evaluate evidence, not rhetoric—truth matters.
