In city after city, police are the single biggest budget item.
And I don’t mean like 2% when everything else is 1%. I mean like 40%.

ABC News is reporting that "Schrader's resignation was prompted by concerns that the case was being pursued for political reasons."
When I reached him today by text, Schrader responded simply: "Thanks Phil - I have no comment."
