We use the Phonetic Alphabet to name our branches at work. Except Alpha, that means something in the dev world. And Charlie, because that sounds like somebody's name. And Golf, because we have golf fans on the team. Same with Whiskey. We actually use about 4 letters after all the cutbacks.
