I think it’s kind of interesting that so many cultural and political elites decided “learning loss” from remote schooling during a pandemic was so severe it was worth ignoring medical safety, while actual learning loss from AI is pervasive and growing and they all want to impose more of it on us.

Very good rundown of all the reasons Andrew Cuomo was a disaster for the city as governor and would be an even bigger one as mayor. Please spread the word: Do not rank Cuomo. There are very competent people running, especially Brad Lander, who deserve people's votes. Cuomo does not.
