Communism is the only solution to the coming climate catastrophe that is literally on our doorstep with a crowbar. IDC what you think about China or the Soviet Union. We have to end commodity production /FUCKING YESTERDAY/ and communism is the only way to do that. Anarchism will not do it. Social

They did this all while under constant hostility by the whole capitalist world.

Socialist experiments yielded a lot actually! They offered higher physical quality of life than capitalist countries of similar development of the productive forces, they defeated fascism, they pioneered important advancements in technology including space and health technology, and a lot more.

I guess she is pretty experienced when it comes to being a prosecutor, capable when it comes to supporting genocide, and empathetic to fascists.

I wish Trump “ended all support for Ukraine.” It’s an inter-imperialist war.

Well, we don’t live in a democracy so your point is kind of irrelevant.

Palestinian blood is on liberal hands, Russian blood is on liberal hands, Ukrainian blood is on liberal hands, Libyan blood is on liberal hands, Yemenis blood is on liberal hands, and so much more. But we’re supposed to vote for them because they’re the “lesser evil,” right?

You’re right that leftism doesn’t begin at replacing capitalism with “dreams and wishes.” It starts at replacing it with socialism, which is the necessary successor of capitalism.

Chinese workers are not our enemy, Russian workers are not our enemy. The enemy is the exploiting classes at home!

Why are Americans supposed to prefer US imperialists stealing data over Chinese imperialists?

Calling it “communist theory” is quite the stretch, but alright. Also, I didn’t use “revisionist” as a pejorative, maybe you just don’t know what it means?

He argues that fascism is a product of capitalism’s decay, and socialism is the path out of capitalism, meaning to stop fascism, socialism is required. It’s a lot more complex than this, but basically, capitalism creates the conditions for revolution, and fascism is the capitalists reaction to that.

Not absolutely, but the core theories have been proven correct by time.

The theory is not based on the “authority” of Marx and Engels, they were just the first 2 major exponents of that theory. We obviously have more information available to us, but that doesn’t automatically discredit older authors.
comment in response to post
Their credibility on the subject is a result of their theories being proven to be correct by history. The purpose of reading them is to understand the development of society and be better educated to change it, and that is what Marx and Engels studied and wrote about extensively.

“communism is when fascism actually.” 😂

go read Fascism and Social Revolution by R.P. Dutt. They are quite literally the only 2 options facing society.

Why not socialism?

…as Eastern Europe, which had a relatively low level of industry. Also, Stalin was one of the most prominent leaders of the construction of socialism, so I’m not sure what your point there is. Maybe I just don’t understand your analogy. 2/2
