We live in a country with a huge amount of bush and forested areas where any number of species could easily hide - so I just guess there are plenty of creatures we don't know about out there :)

I’m always fascinated to know why/how a species can truly be determined to be extinct. Like surely it just means no-one has reported seeing them in a while?

The thing that gets me the most is that the Reserve Bank and the govt told us endlessly to stop spending in order to bring inflation down, however now it is 'our' fault we stopped spending because the economy is f**ked. Meanwhile, they are slashing, burning and making people jobless. ...
