As a tech guy I can promise you that's not the case. Algorithms are not at a point (at least accessibly) that can sort emails out at a high enough success rate. You're better off just keeping up with your email like a normal person.

It's common knowledge at this point that he was VERY slow in response to the pandemic. The U.S. was terrible at response when compared to the majority of other developed countries.

That's not always how it works. We only have 1 copier on a service plan at our office, all the others are serviced per incident.
Also, the counter for their pricing doesn't go off per page, it counts actual toner usage.
