#Amazon is getting a bit weird now. I contacted them with a problem about an order and they've told me that they cannot help me until I give them a picture of my ID. I've got a Prime subscription, I've used Amazon for years and then suddenly they want my ID, but only to provide help.

I'm still dumbfounded by the number of people who can't configure a #dmarc record properly. Even parliament.uk doesn't have a "proper" configuration. But what gets me more is that when I reported the issue to the #ncsc they weren't really interested.
