2/ A person who knew that pause was going to happen in advance could have bought at the open and made a quick, safe 1.5% profit. (Probably much more if focused on stocks most sensitive to Mexican tariffs.) And, if they knew in advance that the Canadian tariffs would be paused just after the close…

Follow me here… 1/ So the S&P 500 closed around 6100 Friday, but dropped to open around 5950 Monday because of the weekend tariff announcement. Then when the pause on the Mexico tariffs was announced, the S&P recovered to close around 6040…
