I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how laying off hundreds of thousands of workers and making goods more expensive is "good for the economy"

Everything is awful and there's plenty of evidence that the internet is to blame. Still, I randomly found Chris Pratt rapping Em's bars on Forgot About Dre, so maybe we can smile a little as the world burns? www.youtube.com/watch?v=_d2B...

Who wants to race a WRX?

You’re never too old to finish the song before you get out of the car.

My beloved 15-year-old Samsung plasma finally bit the dust. I need recs for TVs in the 65-75-in range – happy to pay a lot less for a gen or two behind what’s current (clearly this isn’t an item I upgrade often). Primary use case is watching live sports ball games, and infrequent PS5ing.

You know I live in Ann Arbor because 1-2 times per week I find myself annoyed that the Whole Foods near my house doesn't have EV chargers.

Throwback to a real one

I know people hate spam but occasionally you do unearth a rare gem

A fog from central casting

@ringernba.bsky.social any word on how this affects AD’s upcoming prank show?!

Car pictures, but make it 2002 again. carmagnum.com

IDK who's helicopter dad/mom conceived of the Apple notification telling me how many days it's been since I backed up my computer, but if the mission is actionless guilt MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

@hazelsouthwell.bsky.social newsletter is always entertaining but this week we get a beer (ALE sorry) called Mighty Oak Old Oaky which is incredible. I'm also not certain M.O.O.O. actually exists because there are three photos of it on the whole internet buttondown.com/behind-the-b...

Ja just stole Wemby’s soul on that dunk.

I know they sell marbles in toy stores but in my house they function as small but effective weapons.

A new business endeavor in which I travel through time to buy 15-yo Tacomas and then sell them today for $10k profits.

TO the guy writing in to complain about the definition of a muscle car but he puts the entire body copy of the email into his subject line.

And… the SUV treatment. Honda Series 0 SUV (practically names itself, doesn’t it?)

Honda 0 Series Saloon is bangin’

CES (my first in a decade+) is wildly more multicultural than any other show I’ve covered. …Still mostly dudes though

I saw a dirty J. Mays Era Thunderbird on the shuttle to CES. ASK ME ANYTHING

Watching a 3- and 5-year-old do a puzzle together is like watching the prototypes catch the GT cars. Fascinating traffic with a big performance delta.

Jokić vs Wemby is so effing fun.

Honda Civic Hybrid: Good Car!

Somewhat related to my last post: Who has a Bristol Blenheim for me to test drive?
