I want the court to order them to produce the relevant contract with El Salvador— hard to imagine it doesn’t have language continuing to give US control over people sent. But if it doesn’t then yes— would seem to have massive constitutional problems.

Nah. If applied rationally and impartially you’d be right, but instead all they will be looking to do is find a way for Trump to confer the monopolies rather than have them created by regs/licensure.

Schrödinger’s tax cuts- when costing them in 2017, the post-2025 part didn’t exist. When calculating cost now, it was always there… perhaps it exists in some liminal space🧐 ?

But unlike Biden/Hrris proposal they have given complete justification for massive price increases due to 1) cost increase on inputs, 2) market price of item ⬆️ now (cf washing machines in the last round) or both
