Every time I need to do a PSU replacement I think... what harm can it do just plugging the old cables in to the new box.

my hope is that games that had wobbly framerates or fluctuating resolutions (or both in my beloved Xenoblade Chronicles 3's case) have enough extra juice to hit and hold their own potential max settings... That's all I ever hope for with older games on new hardware.

tbf if you're not specifically looking for it you'll just gloss over it subconsciously, but if you do randomly catch it it's a bit jarring. I'm as blind as a bat so I tend to benefit massively from the smoother performance and never see any of the weirdness.

I have a rule with the F2P games I enjoy; every 40-50hrs I play AND enjoy I'll happily spend £10 (I pick up the Honkai Star Rail battlepass whenever I go on to get caught up) but man the pricing of skins can be ludicrous however if it gets me more Arcane like shows? More power to the Whales!

A fair few years ago, I struggled with not wanting music but also no wanting silence so I made about around 30 tracks of soundscapes and got them put up on Spotify thinking no one else will find them and it'd be convenient to have them there... They made me about £400 a month for nearly 18 months.
