Always run from a clean Chrome profile with no extensions and take an average of 3 tests on each device.
Chrome extensions impact things.
Different times of the day impact things too.
This has been part of my perf auditing process for nearly 10 years now. (Even before Lighthouse existed.)

I did a performance audit at the end of last year. I also quoted for me for implement the changes. About 4 days work.
Client said they've done them in house which took "a while".
Had a quick scan the other week, barely implemented for some items and badly implemented for others. 😞

Oh, it's got a wishlist / feedback section in there so users can suggest new features and I'll add them to the development pipeline.
I've got a couple of pretty static apps coming soon too but they'll have a small adsense ad on them as they will all be running on devices with no servers / db

It is on Vercel, that's my Supabase dashboard though.
They have unlimited API requests on the free plan so we're all good. 🤣
I've massively optimised this flow now with reducing request, query caching, local storage, debouncing and some other tricks.
