Today I started a deadlift cycle. I managed three reps at 185 lbs. I tried for 205 lbs, but only managed one rep. My grip strength was the weakest link. Hoping to beat my previous PR in about a month. I was lifting 230 lbs before.

I'm off to physio today. More than 1/2 the distance has no sidewalks. It also has lots of big trucks on a narrow road. I may need to leap out of the way onto giant snowbanks. I hope I don't fuck up my shoulder more doing so. I wish Kitchener was pedestrian-friendly.
