I mean, yes, but karma doesn't exist. Her anger must be miserable though.

I happened to graduate the year that lockdowns happened, so I didn't get a ceremony at all. But it's ok. 5 years later and I'm fine. But they will remember this moment for a lifetime.

They mail it to you, you don't get a real one on stage. So nothing lost. They have the incomparable memory of doing the right thing instead of walking across a stage.

I'm still mad as hell that no one stood with Al Green that day. Disgraceful.

You're right, they've been quiet far too long. What's the holdup?

He actually did win, but of course, he conceded like a gentleman over the "hanging chads" argument. I wish things had been different.

I live in a border town, and we normally get tons of Canadian visitors. But now, they're nowhere to be seen. It's sad because businesses are hurting, but these tariffs must not be tolerated. Stay strong, and we'll try to stand against him as best we can.

Why do they keep saying they didn't know what was in this bill before voting for it? They're not doing their jobs, that's why. Everyone else read it, everyone told them it had crap policies in it - but no, they just voted for it because it would own the libs or whatever. I'm so sick of this.

I'll never forget that. What I wouldn't do to have taco trucks on every corner instead of this.

They sold their souls. They think empathy is a flaw.

Are there no prisons? Are there no workhouses?

They think empathy is what's wrong with society, that empathy is a flaw.

Well I have nothing but the rest of my life to watch them get what they deserve.

So did the Nazis. And they clung on till the bitter end. They literally had to lose everything, their country bombed to rubble, nothing but the clothes on their backs, before they gave up.

That looks like a potato sack. Any of their *real* Pride stuff is online only, not in-store. Target giving us more reasons to stay away.

Well honestly, the other part is more important to people, I think. I can see that we're losing billions on many different fronts, but our loss of diversity and education seems even more pressing to me. But you're right that the loss of money is important too.

George said it right in his post, what are you talking about?

Oh he always claims he doesn't know things when he does. He just doesn't want to answer any questions about it.

They usually want to stay, that's why they're getting their education here. So they are certified to work here with the education employers require.

He just wants to suck all the money he can out of our country and the people, no matter what happens collaterally. He's evil. Like truly evil.

I'm in my 60's, I remember every word to all those Schoolhouse Rock songs. I'm confused and saddened that so many people my age have let the propaganda of hate and fear rule their minds and bring us to this point.

In my experience, most of them do stay - they are getting their education here as doctors and so forth because they need to be certified here to work here. We are experiencing a massive brain drain.

Well we're all out of cake.

Red states rank the worst in education, they cannot afford this brain drain. But that's what they want. I can't believe this is where we're at. It makes me sick to my stomach. I've literally been losing weight from worry.

Blue states need to stop sending their tax dollars to poor red states. It's time to circle the wagons. I'm actually sad to say that because I really don't mind helping people who live in poorer places than my own state.

I honestly would not have passed Biology 101 without Crash Course. I couldn't memorize the process of photosynthesis, so I put on the Crash Course video about it and just let it play on repeat every day for an hour or two. It really drilled it into my head.
