Put forth an enforcement of the 3rd section of the 14th amendment by requesting a vote to validate Trump’s presidency by a 2/3s yes vote in both chambers of congress to remove the disability to his presidency. Without these votes he must be removed from office by whatever means necessary!

Where are you fighting? How are you fighting? Tell us exactly what you are doing and why you weren't doing it before election day. Colorado had it right and SCOTUS blocked them. Where was the legislation to reinstate Colorado's ballet ban?

What new leadership? I didn't see Democrats standing up and yelling that nothing is getting done! Didn't hear anybody put legislation out there to counter SCOTUS' stripping voting rights from Colorado. Didn't hear anyone tell Biden: Use the rights you were just given by SCOTUS!

Did Musk say how he offered to return them months ago which was turned down by Biden? I suggested he could modify the crew 8 dragon to accommodate them so the crew 9 ship would not be altered.

How many votes were not counted in the 2024 election because they were challenged? Why does it seem that Republicans are the only ones challenging ballets?Could enough ballets be challenged in the special elections being held to fill openings due to Trump’s noms? Elect Democrats to those spots!

I just finished watching your podcast with AOC and I have two observations. 1) term limits could waste her knowledge and energy. 2) you both missed a very important reason why democrats lost. They had over 3 years to enforce 14.3 and did nothing after Colorado got kicked in the teeth by SCOTUS.

You are right about Trump being disqualified, but you are not targeting the members of congress that are or should be disqualified for aiding Trump in insurrection. A motion to not allow them to take office in the house or senate on January 2nd needs to be made.
