So, figured out how to (mostly) avoid Meta-shit due to muscle memory. Put anything related into a folder so it's not in the 'location' on my screen. Only frustrating part is I do sometimes have to open it for cookie stuff. But so far, that's been the ONLY reason I've done so today. Feels good. 💖
