So, weird thing. When i got to bed at night time, i sleep poorly, like I'm taking a nap. My deep sleeps come to me in the day. Like, i went to bed at 10:30 pm and woke up at 2am, but the last time i went to bed at say, 7am, i slept for 10 hours until 5pm.
