DOGE is the coup. It's a terrorist organization. It's time to call it what it is.

I was there, and while I appreciate your spirit and effort, I left not out, but feeling down. The people in that auditorium were counting on you to tell them the truth, and you couldn’t even call this what it is: A coup, and quickly becoming a military one at that. Why is that so hard to say?

Deny unanimous consent in the senate. Stop making it so easy. Say the words: coup, treason, impeach.

Your post/headline is overstating the victory. Almost 20%, TWENTY PER CENT of the votes were by the AFd. That is extremely concerning after what the Nazis and Hitler did to that country and Europe. Try to be more balanced and objective in your reporting.

. Germany here... . . . sorry, but the (damn) AFD has doubled its result. The AFD will certainly not be part of the next government because none of the other parties wants to work with them. It's still not a good result... 💠 🫣 💠

We can’t just be mad about this - we need to do something. I’m on the other side of the country here but someone get me some contact info and we’ll find an attorney. We’ll identify these men. We’ll find out where they live, who they are - everything about them.

Rather than framing things as “You were wrong” I’ve seen a lot of discussion about framing responses to these people as “You were lied to.” You still get a bit of the schadenfreude, but it’s a far more inclusionary stance that’s more likely to bring red hats around.

These guys honestly thought they’d be greeted as fucking liberators. They came back home with these threadbare excuses about “because of the fraud musk found” and “we’re getting rid of undesirables” and seem legitimately shocked that people aren’t happy with them. Fucking koolaid drinking cultists

I’m not acting officially. Meaning as a citizen he gets to decide who can stay and who must go? This is one of those “How much further can we take this?” tests.

Emcee vile Ed Bejarana “Look at this little girl over here, everyone. Look at her,” Bejarana said “We’ve got to be a little aggressive with some of these folks here,” Bejarana said. “Your voice is meaningless right now. ... I can talk over all of you.” #Idaho

Arielle Kane was hired to work on a program at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid that was trying to reduce maternal deaths. Last weekend, she was let go. “This model that has a lot of potential is just being gutted. What does that mean for all of the potential impacts we could have had?"

A big part of the voting public is learning that we are all connected for the first time. If we handle it right, this can be a win.

Meanwhile, outside, folks are not playin… Nearly 500 people showed up for Georgia Congressman Rich McCormick’s District 7 town hall. This is the third overflow area—the crowd is fired up, demanding a live stream and more town halls.

Let Mr. Homan come. In fact, invite him. So that he can see firsthand how Boston has become The Safest City In America - with the receipts to prove it. So he can hear how community and cooperation and human respect has made us all safer, rather than fear, threats, and demonization.

If you really think the fight to save American democracy is over, then the best thing for you to do is withdraw from political life. If instead you choose to spend your weekend yelling at strangers who disagree, I’m going to assume you’re either an idiot or a liar.

Closing replies because I’m getting inundated by the “oh you think there will be elections in 2026???” brigade. If you feel tempted to say that, please note I’ve heard your perspective ad nauseam already and I think you people are fools and wreckers. It’s an auto block from me.

I know, there's so much happening now it feels almost impossible not to prioritize. But we can't afford to pick and choose our battles right now, we need to stay focused on the big picture. If too much momentum is gained, there will be no turning back.

Agree, but what about all the other problems? Firings, agency closures, treason by many, the theft, illegal contracts to Tesla, Democrats have to fight it all and not be gentle. Can't stay focused on one thing, it's all important! I 3 more weeks we could have Hitler. Days are counting down!

I got high on ketamine, went to a fascist convention, waved a chainsaw around wearing a gold chain and dark glasses, might have gotten groped by Matt Schlapp, and ghosted my baby mama(s). Oh wait, that was you…

1. Did not pretend to invent the electric car, the rocket ship, or online payments. 2. Did not Sieg Heil anyone. 3. Did not use my position of power to extract mining rights for Vladimir Putin. 4. Did not engage in cosplay fascist chainsaw theater. 5. Did not falsely impersonate a federal employee.
