No thoughts. Only book. #booksky

TBR cart is maxed out lol. So many books, so little time. Also, look at how cute Beemo is. #booksky #shihtzu

Only about a third of the way into Careless People and I already have so many thoughts. Facebook was a mistake. #booksky

Looking for books to read in April? Here are 5 new releases I’m most excited for 📚💙 #booksky #blogpost

I'm going to go ahead and put this ideological flag down: we need to bring the US reading level up. We absolutely need a way to make sure that kids are graduating at, ideally, a 12th grade reading level, but definitely above third, and we need to get adults to read more too

no one tries harder to sell you on their stuff than ai bros who have no talent at anything artistic but really want you to say that they do and compliment their promoting skillz. like, ‘i prompted so hard, please clap for my prompt it’s the best prompt no one’s ever stolen art like i have 🥺👉👈’

Why do modern romance novels look the way the do? A discussion on the trends and the shame associated with the genre 🌶️📚💙 #booksky #romance #blogpost

Deep dive into whether or not ACOTAR deserved all the hate and controversy it attracted. #booksky #acotar #booktok

Trump signs executive order targeting federal funding for libraries. Sign up for Libby and support your local library to the best of your ability. They’re essential 📚💙 #booksky

In 1942, the American President opposed censorship because books were weapons in the fight against tyranny.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really enjoyed this overall. A very sweet, cozy read. #booksky

Ugh

It's so tiresome how the same folks who claim to believe in the personal responsibility "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" ideology rally around a guy who had everything handed to him and takes responsibility for NOTHING.

one thing I've become very convinced of is the need for the civil service to do waaayyyy more propaganda. like you should know about how NOAA makes the weather app on your phone work. you should know that Uncle Sam runs GPS. you should know how impressive the US census data collection effort is, etc

Really in the mood to read a book that concerns a revolution 📚💙 #booksky

hey i know we're in a period of using the speculative to tell heartwarming and cozy stories right now but i'm really excited for books that use the speculative to do really fucked up weird shit

There was a book I read once. One of the central characters was a futurey Maoist insurgent. She had a real simple motto that I come back to a lot. "When [the politicians/cops/oligarchs/mafia] mess with you, take it personal. Even if it doesn't have any direct affect on your life. Take it personal."

“tHeY cAnT dO tHat!!!!!” ok well they are babe, idk what to tell you

Could really go for some purple whatever’s right now

I’m sorry. Thank you for what exactly? Ruining the economy? Gutting the government? Firing thousands of employees?

I really wasn’t vibing with this book for a while, but now I’m about half way through and relate really hard to one of the nightmares a customer is having, and I’m thinking I might really love this by the end. We’ll see 📚💙 #booksky

Went on a 4 mile run and only sort of feel like my feet are going to fall off. So feelin pretty good

Tier list of everything I read this month: Might give Abby Jimenez one more shot, but The Fall Risk was not it for me at all. 💔 Of Mice and Men though is one of those books that’ll stick with me. I wish I read it sooner. 💙📚 #booksky

RIP Skype, you always sucked anyways
