It predates modern programming techniques and is VERY fragile. One little change in the Code and the side-effects can be disastrous. Things could get ugly.

Flipping both houses is possible IF we increase awareness of the horror show. Please contact your Representatives. Even the GOP Reps. If enough impeachment pleas reach them, they may get the message they are clinging to the wrong coat tails.

I agree. That's why I sent a msg to my Representative to start the ball rolling on impeachment. It won't pass this Congress, but can help get ready for the midterms.

I learned something soccer that may be applicable here. In a soccer match there are three views of any action: what the players see, what the referee sees, and what the fans see. The first and third don't count. I am sorry to say that in today's world, the Supreme Court is the referee.

CNN posted an article about how the 2nd Trump presidency will be different from the first. Shockingly, they never mentioned Project 2025. How is this responsible journalism? (Ful disclosure..I did not make all the way to the bitter end, so if 2025 was snuck in later (unlikely), I apologize.

If the justification is “If you want to respect the rule of law,” he said, “you’ve got to start from the original law giver, which was Moses.” then oops! The Code of Hammurabi predates the Bible by hundreds of years. Guess we'll have to hang hieroglyphics in all the classrooms.
