Absolutely the US is going backwards.
I notice the other runners are at the start line
without blocks.
It’s a lot harder to sprint fast that way.

Unfortunately I can’t make it to Queens park tomorrow for the rally.
I will be making a donation to @cancovsoc.bsky.social and wearing my t-shirt in solidarity.
I’m trying to get the message about protecting yourself from Covid through to family & friends. It’s an uphill battle.

No there’s no rule, law or tradition being broken as far as I know.
Many are members of political parties but even if they weren’t everyone knows their political leanings anyway.
They’re acting as private individuals in this context I think.
