I'm seeing a lot of groups putting Black and Brown women in top leadership positions. It's not the win you think it is. It means they are reading the room, tough times ahead, pass it to a Black woman.

Yep! Throw the Black woman under the bus if it fails, while they cut funding, provide no support. If she saves the company, they take credit for it.

Its a damn shame the goverment has allowed these companies to hide denial rates for private plans outsidr of healthcare marketplace. This is still very helpful. I thankfully never had united!
