I had this issue before on the IRS website. Try a different device or browser. Also noticed that sometimes ad blockers and privacy control can trigger it (concerning in its own right).

As a tech employee who admittedly only knows the absolute basics of infosec, this is horrifying. & imo This should scare you. This country is in worse condition than even the most aware of us realized.

She’s in self defense mode to protect herself and deny culpability. The rest of them are too dense and think they did nothing wrong, so they will say it with their chest. She is not and that says to me that this ain’t the first time either. They were way too comfortable with a stranger in the chat

That handling sensitive information like that is actually breaking so many laws. She has former military experience unlike her frat-boy twat coleaders. She knew. She still let it happen. She did nothing. Now she won’t admit to any of it.

It’s not fine. It’s dangerous for so many reasons. It’s dangerous that they utilized auto delete feature. It’s dangerous that they shared sensitive details that could have put our military at risk. And you know how I know they did? Because Tulsi Gabbard will not admit she knew. SHE actually knows

I think that what it is really boiling down to for me is that even when it should be so clear to everyone now that this admin is nefarious, dangerous, and brutal there are still people in high positions acting like this is no big deal. Nothing bad happened this time so it was fine.

I don’t wanna reduce science but at this point I’m like: maybe earth needs a big reset. 😩 Send in the asteroids.

Anyways, I am deeply concerned and worried about everything going on with doge right now. The damage will take a long time to track and fix, if we even can get started on fixing after 2028. 4 years of damage will take decades to reverse, most likely. If at all.

The system we are working in is 30 years old. It was written before I knew how to do my times tables. I would be an idiot to assume I know that tech well enough to go in and rewrite it in a week or a month. These systems are older than the kids playing in them.

When systems break, tend of thousand and hundreds of thousands of user interactions get errored out or lost and must be manually redone. THAT is waste. Taking two years to ensure we do it right the first time is not wasteful, it’s proper process.

I now work in a state government agency and we are rewriting a small piece of the greater system. We have two years dedicated to 30 individual user functions and our architect will spend months ensuring that no damage is done in the systems upgrade. This is not waste, it is a guarantee against waste

When I was in my early 20s I thought I knew everything I would need to know, too. But now I realize that I don’t. ESPECIALLY concerning old tech. Old complex systems are hard to rewrite and maintain integrity. You can’t just start yanking on wires. Your assumptions are probably wrong.

This is so cute 😭💕 I love it so much. I just started playing D&D two weeks ago and I wish I had something this fun and engaging to share memories with my parents.

100% China is about to have a field day. They don’t just send cash and supplies they will build stadiums, freeways, and harbors big enough to hold cruise ships. These countries will be stoked for their help. 😩

It’s 7am and I had to scroll back up to reread this because at first I laughed and then I was like; wait, was that actually a joke? Hahaha. Glad to see it is, in fact, a joke.
