I have to disagree. Hypnosis is too incredibly varied and too dependent on the accepting of suggestions from a hypnotee to be deemed non consensual. Every session is a conversation whether in person or not in person. Even the deepest of inductions offer a choice no matter the intent of a hypnotist.

They deem hypnosis to be "Non-Consentual" even though the baseline of hypnosis is offering a suggestion that can be declined by a subject. Trust and consent are the most important part of hypnosis!
